Jesse

Jesse graduated from UT-Arlington (B. A. in English) where he played baseball, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div–Systematic Theology), and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Th.M., Ph.D. in Historical Theology). A revised version of his dissertation is published by Lexham Press in their Studies in Historical and Systematic Theology series, entitled Carl F. H. Henry on the Holy Spirit. Before arriving at First Burk, he served in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for nine years as a Student Pastor and Discipleship Pastor. Jesse has a passion for building relationships, discipleship and investing in others, preaching God’s word, and seeing the gospel carried to the ends of the earth.

He is married to Marissa and they have three daughters.
